Who we are

Irdanov Assistant is a private tool operated by Ikromzhon Irdanov (Tursunzoda, Tajikistan) to manage the Instagram account @mr.irdanov. It is not offered to the public and is used only for this one account. Contact: iikromjane19966@gmail.com.

What data we process

• Comments left on posts and Reels of @mr.irdanov, and mentions of @mr.irdanov: the comment text, the commenter's Instagram username and user ID, the comment ID and timestamp.
• Direct messages sent to @mr.irdanov: the message text, attachments, the sender's username and ID, and timestamps.
• Insights and content data of the @mr.irdanov account itself (reach, views, likes, comment counts of its own posts).

We do not request or receive passwords, payment data, or any data from accounts other than what people choose to send to @mr.irdanov.

How we use it

• To read and answer comments and direct messages addressed to @mr.irdanov.
• To send a private reply to a person who commented, when they asked for information (for example, details about a trading course).
• To publish content to @mr.irdanov and to analyze the performance of its own posts.

Draft replies may be prepared with the help of an AI assistant (Claude, by Anthropic). Messages are only sent with the account owner's approval.

Where it is stored and for how long

Data is stored locally on the account owner's computer and kept for up to 12 months, after which it is deleted. It is not sold, rented or shared for advertising. It is shared only with the service providers needed to operate the tool: Meta Platforms (Instagram Graph API), Cloudflare (secure network tunnel) and Anthropic (AI processing of message text).

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time. See Data Deletion or write to iikromjane19966@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.

Зачем

Чтобы читать и отвечать на комментарии и сообщения, отправлять личный ответ тому, кто запросил информацию (например, о курсе по трейдингу), публиковать контент и анализировать статистику. Черновики ответов может готовить ИИ-ассистент Claude (Anthropic); сообщения отправляются только с одобрения владельца аккаунта.

Хранение

Данные хранятся на компьютере владельца аккаунта до 12 месяцев и затем удаляются. Мы не продаём и не передаём их для рекламы. Они передаются только сервисам, необходимым для работы: Meta (Instagram API), Cloudflare (защищённый туннель), Anthropic (обработка текста ИИ).
